This tweet brings up a great point and a reality check:

We’re usually treated to FCC test leaks by the big sites. So far, this has not happened.
Until it does, curb that Pre enthusiasm. A March launch really seems unlikely. I still personally believe anywhere from late May to late June.
Isn’t it possible that Palm requested the FCC to not publicly release their FCC filing documentation? I had read elsewhere that Apple had done that with the iPhone.

That’s usually just the manual and photos and diagrams and such, not the entire technical test, I believe. Also, no one has even uncovered a request to the FCC for that. I just myself looked (as best as my rudimentary skills allow), and I see nothing except for what Engadget states is the CDMA Treo Pro, Model T850EWW

Note that the diagrams, manuals, and photos are all under confidentiality for that still, but the test itself is not (it refers to it as Smart Phone and Model T850EWW).
